Our Story
Ellwood Estates was founded by Mel and Ryan who began as everyday working people with no property background but a clear vision: to build a business that delivers proven results for investors across the North East.
Mel took the first step completing a Samuel Leeds property course where she sold over £20,000 worth of deals and won an award for her success. She went on to establish a deal sourcing company mastering how to identify and secure high-return opportunities.
Ellwood Estates was born from that success, created to help investors build strong, reliable portfolios using the very same strategies that transformed Mel and Ryan’s own journey. Today we combine expertise, integrity and proven results to make property investing seamless and profitable.
